Austria and Japan are going to enter the 150th year of the treaty of amity in 2019. So we will make an overseas expedition in Austria and Slovakia, one of neighboring countries of Austria, to introduce Taiko (a.k.a. Japanese drums), one of traditional Japanese performing arts. We will hold some Taiko-performances and Taiko-workshops in several parts of Austria and Slovakia so that you can experience the beat of Taiko with your five senses. Our Taiko will contribute to deepening cultural exchanges between Austria, Slovakia, and Japan. And Taiko will be handed down to the posterity.
